Regarding leaders (including our previous self) who are perceived with low integrity.
Does quitting and moving on:
- Does it change who you serve?
- Does it change the way you serve them?
- And does it make it harder to do those things?
Running away Leaving might be a sign of personal issues and blind spots.
Moving on just might be the most courageous decision of your entire career.
The challenge is this won’t become clear until later.
Son, my 2014 Disney departure (official retirement at 55) was six years in the making. It was the perfect move at the perfect time.
