It’s hard until it’s not.

Every habit you have now was once hard.

For crying out loud, remember walking? That took two years. Now you do it all day, everyday and never give it a second thought.

Raising your standards and efforts for all five of life’s big choices is challenging until you eventually get the hang of it, like walking, and it then becomes a second-nature habit.
