Problem or opportunity?

Problem: What do you do when first option is canned, and an honest and convenient plan B is also canned?
  • Plan C is nearby but i must turn my head 180 degrees. Piegan?
  • Decided that Piegan, while physically doable, would take too long to return safely to the car by 5:00 PM. Sat at this vantage point for longer than normal because i had nowhere to go but down.
  • Since i wasn’t ready to go down, i found a wonderful vantage spot and sat quietly and drank it all in. Unrushed. Overwhelmed by the stillness.
  • Siyeh Pass, middle saddle. This is where we saw the Grizzly and cub.
  • Looking Northeast.
  • Stunningly different layers on the East side. The East side has been closed since Covid broke out.
  • Deserves future attention.
  • The Eastern geography extends North towards Canada.
