two hikers on a mountain — Evan is a retail clerk in West Glacier. Cheryl struck up a conversation (like we both do) while we experienced Glacier.

handwritten notes on a notebook page — Evan wanted to summit a Glacier peak. He had no chance, until Cheryl discovered his wish and knew i was itching to get back up on Oberlin. Shortly after summiting, Evan shared his notebook. He invites people from his travel/summer/work to sign his notebook. Some wrote one line, some a few sentences. The high-achiever in me logged a full page.

Service and sharing the ‘good news’ has unlimited possibilities.

Simply hearing a person’s greatest current wish and being able to easily surprise and delight is just one of the unlimited ways.
