Senior Olympian was never a goal. While making remarkable physical wellness progress, “World’s” became a crazy idea and then a goal. Wondered how far i could take my fitness – wanted to pursue World’s and possibly probably fail, than not try and always live with the regret of never knowing.

Purest leadership form is self-leadership. Lead with peace and contentment.
