
If Disney ran your spiritual core, we’d ask four simple questions:
- Is every employee crystal clear on the most important goal in every interaction?
- Do you know your customers (and employees) from a holistic, 360 degree perspective?
- What is the one unifying goal every employee shares?
- What are your operational priorities for making decisions at every level?
There are many more questions but these are the baseline starting points.
