What Do You Mean You Don't Know?

If Disney ran your spiritual core

Cinderella Castle at dawn
Inspiring view.

If Disney ran your spiritual core, we’d ask four simple questions:

  1. Is every employee crystal clear on the most important goal in every interaction?
  2. Do you know your customers (and employees) from a holistic, 360 degree perspective?
  3. What is the one unifying goal every employee shares?
  4. What are your operational priorities for making decisions at every level?

There are many more questions but these are the baseline starting points.

Internet's only five-a-day blogger, leaving a trail for our son. This is about putting the spirit of Love at the center of your life. It may be God, Allah, Mohammed, Buddha, Yahweh, etc. For me, it's Jesus.

Thanks Bob. My speaking solves for those smile and essential questions.

PS. In the absence of answers “from the top”, i believe every employee should answer the questions and be an army of one.

Waiting for someone else to go first rarely (literally never) works.
