GNP Day 19, spiritually

8-second video: When you least expect it, Mountain Magic happens.
Apple Watch at trailhead
We creatively decided on an evening hike so the college students could sleep in.

A creative spirit soars when combined with a grateful spirit.

GNP Day 18, spiritually

4-second video:

Irrefutable wisdom.

Things like, you are in charge of everything in your life.

An example: how you manage your time so that not having time to exercise and rest adequately is never something you tell yourself or others.

Another example: learning to forgive yourself 100% for your unhealthy choices (which are now habits).

Two people next to a waterfall
Second water fall. Brother and sister sharing the moment. The sister (and her parents) is here for first time. The brother is a return visitor.

There’s strength in numbers.

There’s strength in solitude.

Working hard to strike a wonderful balance.

Small group posing by mountain
Five hours into our tour. Mt Reynolds second from right.

What do you do when what you thought would happen doesn’t even come close?

Depends if it’s better than, or worse than, expected. Right?

The estimated 15-minute investment took two hours.

Thankful for 4.5 hours of sleep.

Could have been less.

Could have been in much worse context.

Person sitting on floor in airport
Hurry up and wait.
8-second video: We sat on their back porch and caught up.

So far so good.

Easy peasy to secure the second mini van keys at airport Car Rental counter.

While waiting at airport, received invitation to swing by Steve and Stacy’s place.

Serendipitously met Steve and Stacy on the back of Mt Reynolds a few years ago. That chance meeting has become a nice friendship.

They pointed out that i’m inside Glacier 99.9% more than any local.
