How Can You Tell?

My phone ate my life

life's distractions

Sound familiar?

Be careful.

Ever know an alcoholic?

They can quit anytime, right?

i mean, that’s what they’ll say if you really confronted them.

Wake up calls are a gift if we choose to thrive instead of survive.

Most teens are struggling (like most adults) to find their way.

And in our pain, we look for (temporary) relief.

This is the root cause of addiction.

Tough love is called for.

With ourselves.

With the people we love.

The timing is often spontaneous.

Last night i threw our son’s iPhone 6 into the pool. The photo above was taken a few minutes ago; the morning after.
