Easy peasy peace

13-second video: Shared this on Instagram yesterday.

Occasionally, a brief demonstration is helpful to show how to practice peace.

Someone posted an unwelcomed comment on Instagram.

At this point, there are several choices.

Easy peasy. Peace.

Starting to sense i need to let go

Nursing home resident
i take solace in trying my best.

Starting to sense i need to let go.

i asked the 90-year old, like i always do when we visit, “Are you afraid?”

Carrying a sense of obligation to help him articulate that he’s ok with his situation, even as it deteriorates.

Maybe i’ve tried long enough and hard enough.

Maybe next visit i don’t even mention it or concern myself with it.

It’s worth a try.
