Precious gems?

GNP.

Life is a grind stone. But whether it grinds us down or polishes us up depends on.

Miserably strong

Small conference room yesterday.
Immediately saw this and made it so.

We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same. – Carlos Castaneda

Living in the land of freedom of choice

American Flag
Yesterday at Florida Hospital Orlando.

Starting to sense i need to let go

Nursing home resident
i take solace in trying my best.

Starting to sense i need to let go.

i asked the 90-year old, like i always do when we visit, “Are you afraid?”

Carrying a sense of obligation to help him articulate that he’s ok with his situation, even as it deteriorates.

Maybe i’ve tried long enough and hard enough.

Maybe next visit i don’t even mention it or concern myself with it.

It’s worth a try.

Busy...Dreadfully Busy

Don’t Cry Because It’s Over, Rejoice Because It Happened

Right this way…

Bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people. The opposite happens too. Trying to place blame or determine cause seems futile, to me.

Insight: Be thankful for every nice thing that happens in your life, and be as prepared as you can for everything else.
