Last night, spotted this button through an office window.

As you make it, so it becomes.

It’s easy to lose sight of Jesus (or whatever is your spiritual center) when you are in an environment where Jesus (or whatever) doesn’t get mentioned much or at all.

Same thing happens with mind, body, work and home.

Running to something or from something?

Did i mention there have been photo upload challenges since the website hosting platform migration recently? Of course i have. Optimistic for a resolution soon.

Regarding leaders (including our previous self) who are perceived with low integrity. You want to leave your company because of your negative perception of a leader?

Does quitting and moving on:

  • Does it change who you serve?
  • Does it change the way you serve them?
  • And does it make it harder to do those things?

Running away Leaving might be a sign of personal issues and blind spots.

Moving on just might be the most courageous decision of your entire career.

The challenge is this won’t become clear until later.

Son, my 2014 Disney departure (official retirement at 55) was six years in the making. It was the perfect move at the perfect time.

Like i tell myself and my immediate Family, you need to find your own belief system – and whatever you land on, believe it 110%, as if your life depends on it.
