6:20pm…how lucky are those who believe in something with all their heart?

 

Years ago, an epiphany. i used to celebrate Easter once a year. But came to a realization i was cheating myself.

Christmas means nothing without Easter.

Yet the Easter Bunny can’t hold a candle to Santa.

i had created this script that Christmas was the most important “holiday”.

And then the epiphany…

We come to know the true meaning of Easter when we learn to celebrate it every day.

Whether you celebrate Easter or not, a sincere wish for you: Happy present moment.

Maybe a dozen Christmases separate the two photos.

Chapin, Katie, Tyler, and Carter (Pheasant in mouth) behind Magic Kingdom.

May all of them (and us) make 2018 their (our) best year ever.

Chapin is an 11th-grader at the High School closest to Magic Kingdom.

Katie is attending graduate school in New York City.

Tyler just finished Navy boot camp.

We buried Carter in 2010.

Time waits for no one.

Go.

Serve others to the best of your ability.

What is amazing about this video, to me, is how these professionals, these adults, took their role so seriously – to play the part of a child.
