She said her brain exploded

She said her brain exploded, after we talked for close to an hour, while i was out for a run.

We talked about small business entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities, branding, creativity, vision, and more. Afterwards, i sent her the video (above) and the photo at the next blog, because it capture the essence on my personal (Disney) brand.

On April Fool’s Day 2009, jeff noel began writing five daily, differently-themed blogs (on five different sites). It was to be a 100-day self-imposed “writer’s bootcamp”, in preparation for writing his first book. He hasn’t missed a single day since.

This website is about our spiritual health. To leave this site to read today’s post on jeff’s career health website, click here.

At what level of being overwhelmed can we walk away?

Be careful. Tomorrow will come, and we will be faced with responsibility for our actions.

There is something about preparing early every morning for the day – which in theory could be our last – and watching the darkness change to light.

Could this daily routine be similar to the same excitement as going to Disney World?

Only one person in charge of this.

Dare to think unthinkable spiritual thoughts

Man living in small house in Oregon
How much do we really need to be happy?

Somewhere around this time of year in 1982 the dream first dreamt nearly a decade prior was about to come true.

There’s a short piece in the book that describes how the inspiration to dream it suddenly appeared.

Coincidently, guest blogger Lorie Sheffer recently sent this NBC article about a man living on $4,500 a year in Oregon.

The bicycle trip (jeff noel’s) began with $75 cash, a loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, and a bottle of honey shaped like Smokey the Bear.

No tent either.

Living simply. Deliberately.

What’s stopping us from thinking like that again?
