Emotional judgement

Infinite scrolling from social media has us trained to judge faster.

We move through updates quickly.

Why?

It’s literally the only way to “keep up”.

And we generally judge. You are probably an exception, but most of us make judgements continuously.

Judgement leads to exhaustion.

Stop judging, start recuperating.

Eventually freedom not only pays us a visit, but freedom ends up moving in with us.

But we have to curb social media.

Curb as in probably not partake.

If your goal isn’t impossible, you’re not reaching high enough.

Blogging on my back, lying in bed – a first

Florida beach sunset church service
the pyschian is here for the sick and hurting, not for the healthy

Blogging on my back, lying in bed – a first. Who gives a crap right? Exactly. No one. And yet I carry on anyway. (note to self: that’s a really significant life success factor, don’t cha know!)

Dear Heavenly Father, please comfort and assist the people who need you so much more than I do tonight.

If my biggest worry tonight is not missing a day of blogging, then, well, I’m on easy street.
