Three piles from three separate deliveries.
What does forgiveness and patience look like?
It looks like the ability to let things go.
The United States Postal Service (USPS) offer a vacation mail hold. We had two weeks vacation with one day back in between, but asked USPS to hold everything until the end.
The pile on the left was in our box after the first week. The middle pile after the second week. Both piles were supposed to be held until the final day.
The third pile also wasn’t delivered on the final day. It was delivered two days late.
Forgiveness and letting it go ultimately bring solace.
Everyone is fighting a hell know one knows about.

And here’s to hoping you get through yours too.
Our global financial health is poor, so we pray that we can find the good in our economic infirmities and that our world and governmental leaders will find creative ways to solve complex, global challenges.
Life is hard for many people this time of year. Add to that unprecedented times, and we have an overwhelming number of people who are struggling in one way or another right now.
And I mean struggling at a greater intensity than many generations can recall.

Can you imagine being Tiger Woods right now, or President Obama, or even the Pope?
Can you imagine being the average American who can no longer put food on the table, when a year ago they could quite easily?
I worry about a lot more than I used to. So, now more than ever, the phrase, “
“, has a special meaning. Pray without ceasing
And also a special obligation.
