Small, seemingly insignificant gestures contain the DNA to convey love, compassion, surrender, forgiveness, gratitude, even healing.

Remember, please don’t let what you can’t do stop you from what you can do.

Bad Show and Good Show are things at Disney.

Good Show is the aim for everything we do. All day. Everyday.

Bad Show is to be avoided at all costs.

Sometimes, however, when the world is spinning faster than normal, decisions are made in a balanced way, hopefully.

The challenge for everyone is simply this – be careful not to make a busy world and “appropriate” shortcuts become the new standard by default.

i’m talking about in your personal life.

Right now, i guarantee you can easily and quickly name at least two reasons why going the extra mile is a flawed proposition.

Why then, do we hold tightly to the belief system that exalts this as the only choice for world-class customer service?
