i can never be bored enough, frustrated enough, or whine enough to think that my life would suddenly change as a result of thinking negative thoughts and behaving negatively.

Doesn’t work that way. Never has. Never will.

Whatever you are, you become better at and more of.

This “becoming better at” can be an asset or a liability:

  • Negative thoughts yield more and bigger negative thoughts
  • Positive thoughts yield more and bigger positive thoughts

You can change what you become by thinking different thoughts.

As CEO of You, Inc this is your responsibility, no one else’s.

What?

A simple life hack for experiencing a degree of career freedom is to have happiness triggers.

Happiness triggers are images, words, phrases, prayers, people, habits, rituals, places, memories, etc, etc.

Happiness triggers do not permanently and overwhelmingly solve for an imbalanced life, but they do help buy moments of relief as you journey to need fewer and fewer moments of relief.

What the world needs now?

Habitual levels of:

generosity

  • goodness
  • hope
  • compassion
  • surrender
  • reflection
  • forgiveness.

Habitually high levels propel you forward.

Habitually low levels have proportionately lower results, and hold you back from your potential.

Habitual levels of acting on common sense and timeless wisdom help you in ways your previous self could only dream of.

You can, and should, become the change you wish to see in your world.
