Victory before first victory

There’s too much on this lamp’s base. But it’s a holiday season, so, letting it ride for now.

Victory before the first personal victory?

Yes.

Make the first thing you do (after going to the bathroom if needed first) is drop to your knees and pray.

Daily habits and rituals help fend off procrastination.

Keep your habits and rituals simple.

Do less, better.

The easier it is to do, the quicker and stronger the habit sticks.

Habits are the good things we do, and the bad things. Habits are also the good things we don’t do, and the bad things we wish we didn’t.

Habits define everything about you.

The DNA of consistent attendance is to help us develop habits and rhythms that serve us long term.

Long-term benefits are challenging to see in the routine moments and choices of daily living.

At what level of being overwhelmed can we walk away?

At what level of being overwhelmed can we walk away?

Be careful. Tomorrow will come, and we will be faced with responsibility for our actions.

There is something about preparing early every morning for the day – which in theory could be our last – and watching the darkness change to light.

Could this daily routine be similar to the same excitement as going to Disney World?

Only one person in charge of this.
